We deliver sound systems to Boston venues, with setup, soundcheck, and collection arranged around your schedule. Ask about an on-site engineer for live music, multiple microphones, or changeovers.

Customer pickup and return are arranged in advance at 19 Dale Street, Andover, MA. Include access times, stairs, loading restrictions, and indoor or outdoor plans so we can quote the logistics.

How much does speaker rental in Boston cost?

We quote each rental around the system, hire period, venue, and support. A speech setup, a wedding across several rooms, and a DJ event can require different equipment and labor. Send your date, venue, audience, program, and target budget. Your quote separates equipment from delivery, setup, pickup, and on-site engineering, with applicable tax and the total shown before booking.

Can I rent speakers with a microphone?

Yes. We can plan a speaker and microphone setup for speeches, ceremonies, and presentations, including wireless microphones where appropriate. Tell us how many people will speak at once and which music or playback sources you need to connect.

Do you deliver and set up speakers in Boston?

Yes. Delivery, setup, soundcheck, strike, and collection can be included in the agreed scope. Share the venue address and access schedule. Tell us who will operate the system after setup, or request an engineer for the event.

Can I collect the rental equipment myself?

Customer pickup and return can be arranged at our Andover workshop. We confirm the equipment, vehicle space, collection time, return time, and setup responsibilities with you before booking.

Can I rent a high-fidelity sound system for a listening event?

Yes. Sound Logic rents high-fidelity horn speaker systems for listening events, gallery openings, DJ nights, weddings, and private gatherings across Boston and New England. We plan music sources, amplification, speaker placement, and tuning around the room and the way you want people to listen. Share your date, venue, music plans, and the support you need; equipment and availability are confirmed in your quote.

Are cables and stands included?

For complete systems, we specify the signal cables, power distribution, and standard stands needed to make the selected equipment work together. Confirm your mixer, DJ controller, or playback device and its connections so the quote includes compatible cables and adapters. Unusual cable runs, rigging, or venue requirements are confirmed separately.

How many speakers or subwoofers do I need?

Leave quantities blank if you’re unsure. Guest count alone does not determine the system. Send the venue layout or dimensions, listening areas, indoor or outdoor location, and whether the system is for speech, background music, a DJ, or live performers. We’ll recommend speaker coverage and discuss whether subwoofers are useful for the music and venue.

Can you plan sound for a wedding ceremony and reception?

Yes. Tell us where the ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing happen. We plan microphones, playback, speaker coverage, and any separate systems or scheduled moves around those moments. Delivery, setup, and event support are agreed with your quote.

What should I send for an outdoor event or a live performance?

For an outdoor event, share the site layout, power access, protected equipment location, and indoor alternative. For live performers, include the input list, stage plan, monitor requirements, and soundcheck or changeover schedule. We will discuss the system and whether on-site engineering should be included.
