Information you choose to send
Our contact and signage forms collect the name, email address, project details, location, dates, equipment selections, and artwork you submit. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess the project, and discuss a quote. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
Forms and service providers
Submissions and uploaded files pass through Formspree and are delivered to Sound Logic’s email account. Formspree processes information to deliver its service and protect against misuse; see Formspree’s privacy policy. Website hosting and email providers may also process technical information, such as request logs, IP addresses, and message metadata, to operate and secure their services.
Browser storage and links
The rental quote list uses session storage in your browser tab. Your selections are included when you submit a project inquiry. The website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics script in its page code, and its fonts are hosted with the site. Hosting or authentication services may use their own necessary storage. Following links to Instagram or other websites takes you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your information and your choices
You can email us instead of using a form. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or how long your inquiry or artwork is held, contact soundlogicsocial@gmail.com. Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive documents. Some records may need to be retained for an active project, accounting, or legal obligations. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.
