Sound Logic started in a basement, with music and a growing interest in how sound actually feels. That environment shaped our taste, but the goal was always bigger than the room.
Like many people, we started with ordinary gear. Hearing a proper stereo system changed our expectations. Clarity, balance, warmth—the experience stayed with us, and it shaped the work that followed.
We’re Stephen and Lukas. Today, Sound Logic brings sound design, equipment rentals, event production, and custom woodworking together across Boston and New England.
The way we work
One foot in the workshop.
One on the dance floor.
Custom woodworking is central to what we do. We build studio racks, speaker cabinets, DJ booths, signage, and other pieces around the people who use them. Natural materials and textures give that work its character.
Vintage Altec Lansing and JBL equipment is also a regular part of our practice. We care about the history, but we care just as much about what happens when the system is set up and people start listening.
Our shop is beneath Holt Hill Audio in Andover. From there, we work on systems and objects for events, businesses, and private spaces.
